It’s a Race Against Time As Holly Gets Worse, But Luckily, Tate May (Partially) Have Figured Out What Went Wrong
Tuesday, June 30, 2026: Today on Days of Our Lives, Tate realizes what made Holly sick, Leo suffers another head injury and Holly runs into more issues.

New Javi’s smiling away as he texts in the Pub when Leo walks in to ruin his good mood by jumping right into the text convo. He realizes he’s overstepped, then they both order the exact same chicken soup order — for Chanel! Turns out, they both offered to baby side Trey during all this chemo stuff!
Leo makes polite chit-chat about Javi getting back to work, how Gus is going, how it might be too much for Gus and Javi to live and work together… Instead of taking the bate, Javi’s gotta run!
Tate Figures It (Almost) Out
Ari brings a gift bag into Holly’s room, while Tate sits vigil by his sleeping girlfriend’s side. They go through everything at the cabin until they realize Holly was the only drinking tap water. And they didn’t bring any. (So… were the others really just drinking alcohol from the time they got there until Holly collapsed?)

Brady brings Sarah dinner and coffee in the hospital while she refuses to take a break until she can help Holly. Which doesn’t seem like anytime soon, since she has no clue about what’s going on or why. Brady tries working through the facts like his dad would. They’re mostly spinning their wheels, though, until Tate rushes out with the water theory. Brady’s all over it, and offers to rush up to the cabin to get a sample.
Julie Learns Her Well Could Have Poisoned Holly
Chad brings the kids into the Book Club to pick up some books before they head out of town for a summer with Jack and Jen. Once the kids are off running around, Chad admits to Julie that he hates bein separated for that long. Pish posh, when Hope and Jennifer were little, they went away for sleepaway camp for weeks at a time! They wrap up and invite Julie to the Pub with them, but she heads over to Holly instead.

Over in the hospital, Julie assures Holly that everyone is doing their best to find out what’s wrong, and they’ll fix it. She brings a book and promises she’s there for Holly no matter what. Then Tate bops back in and breaks out the tap water poison theory. The cabin’s on well water, and it could be contaminated. Julie’s aghast. She has that tested every season and the water came out perfect when she tested. Sarah joins them, so Julie goes to get the last test she had done.
Pub Shenanigans
Ari heads back home and finishes packing her bags and moving out — with Gus’ help. (How is he the only one there as she leaves?) To his credit, Gus doublechecks that Ari’s sure she wants to leave, and she is. Her mom went too far and she’s done! Farewell, Chez Hernandez!

Chad, Leo and the kids cross paths briefly at the Pub only for — whoops! Leo takes a spill (on some slime, courtesy of Thomas and Charlotte) while leaving and it looks like we’re back to a head injury! That man needs to wear a helmet. But the point of it all is that Roman calls for an EMT, so of course Gus shows up! Then Ari does the same, with the news that she’s moving in. Party at the Pub.
In the Show’s Final Moments
Sarah checks Leo out in the hospital and tells him to knock off the head injuries. It’s his second in three months. No bueno. And he can’t leave until someone picks him up and makes sure he doesn’t fall asleep with a concussion, but then she gets paged and has to run, so he’s on his own! The paging is for Holly of course, who started hyperventilating while talking to Tate. Once Sarah calms her down, she says Holly’s heart was just beating irregularly, which set the machine off. But it’s all gonna be fine!
Javi and Gus bump into each other on duty at the hospital and start making out, just as Leo wanders out of his room trying to find someone to pick him up. Awkwardness ensues and Leo turns down Gus’ offer to take him home!
Brady, meanwhile, makes it to the cabin in record time and fills a vial with water, hands gloved and protected like a real professional! Some creeper is watching through the window (We’re pretty sure we know who.), but Brady just rushes back to Sarah with the sample, oblivious to his stalker. They both hope they can get results in time and… Hold up. Is Johnny really not saying anything?!
On the next Days of Our Lives, Xander and Philip are blindsided. So who paid off their loan?
