Britt Learns She Never Had Huntington’s — and Z Forces [Spoiler] to Work For Him At the WSB!
Britt Learns She Never Had Huntington’s — and Z Forces [Spoiler] to Work For Him At the WSB!
Monday, July 6, 2026: Today on General Hospital, Carly confronts Z, Joss gets a visit from Vaughn, Nina is told Cassius is dead, and Obrecht is thrilled that Britt is going to live.

In Jack’s office, Z tells Carly he just talked to Joss, and she doesn’t want to leave the WSB. Carly says Jack took advantage of her daughter’s pain to pull her into the WSB, and she wants her daughter back! Z, putting it in language she can understand, says in a country accent, “That ain’t gunna happen!” Carly up and smacks him!

Z says he could have her indicted, and gets frank and says Agent Jacks is too important to cut loose, she’s a valuable, intelligent weapon, and she gets it from her mother, which he now sees. He suggests they discuss the possibility of her joining the WSB over dinner. Carly asks if he’s hitting on her. Z asks, “Is it working?”
Carly calls Z insane and says he and the WSB are a blight on her daughter’s life, and she’ll remove it if it’s the last thing she does. Carly storms out.
Joss Needs a Favor
At the hospital, Lucas tells Joss she doesn’t have to apologize for being a WSB agent, but she explains she’s apologizing because her orders were to manipulate him. It’s why she supported his moving into Wyndemere, as it gave her access to Spoon Island.

Lucas is hurt and wonders whether the connections they forged since his return were real or just an act. Joss swears they were real, but he notes she’s good at manipulations, and wonders if she’d use him again if she had to. She admits she would.
Lucas admits she was just telling him what he wanted to hear, and he was going to move in with Marco no matter what people said, so don’t beat herself up. Before he leaves to let her rest, she asks him for a favor.
How’s Ethan’s Butt Doing?
Sonny visits a very tired Ethan to check on him, and lets him know he took care of Sidwell. Ava arrives just then and wonders why Sonny let Sidwell live.
Sonny tells them the whole story off camera, and Ava would have preferred that Sidwell be handled permanently. Sonny can’t believe they agree, but Turner wants to put Sidwell away, and she will for a long time. Sonny also tells Ava she can thank him for Ethan getting shot in the ass, saving hers. He suggests a bonus is in order and that Ava should pay it.

Danny and Rocco Argue, Charlotte Reveals a Secret
Outside of Lulu’s, Danny tells Rocco to come forward and tell the WSB what he did. Rocco can’t confess, as he promised his parents and Britt he wouldn’t. Danny calls him a coward, and Rocco says he wanted to tell him the truth but couldn’t bring himself to drag him into this nightmare. Danny says he’s already in a nightmare.

Inside, Charlotte confesses to her mom that her dad has been in Port Charles since he escaped from prison, and Danny also knows. Lulu senses there is more going on and asks who else knew and was involved?

Suddenly, they hear the boys outside arguing about Jason, and Lulu and Charlotte run out. Danny demands that Rocco tell the WSB the truth, but Lulu says nobody is telling the WSB anything.

Danny is stunned to learn Lulu knew the truth the whole time his dad has been locked up, accuses them all of choosing to do wrong by him and his dad, and storms off. Rocco thinks Danny hates him. Lulu asks how Danny found out about all of this, and Charlotte says she told him.
Lulu, Charlotte, and Rocco head inside, and Lulu can’t believe Charlotte did that to her brother. She says Danny deserved to know the truth. Lulu gets a text while the kids argue, saying she has to go because Ethan is in the hospital. She tells Rocco to stay here, and Charlotte is coming with her as they have more to discuss.
Britt Gets Visitors
In jail, Dante visits Britt, who asks him to let her go for Rocco’s sake. Dante refuses, as she got herself into this mess. He hates that Rocco will be devastated when she dies, and he hates that she just used Rocco’s love to try to convince him to let her go. Britt lashes out, saying that people can change, that she does love Rocco, and that she only wants what is best for him. Dante thinks the only person Britt loves is herself. He then walks away.

Later, Lucas shows up to see Britt, and she assumes he’s come to lecture her before the WSB ships her off to God knows where. She says at least she won’t have long to live, which is when Lucas tells her she never had Huntington’s.

Lucas explains that Cullum manipulated all her results. Joss overheard Cullum say he was gaslighting her and Cassius to believe she was sick, and it turns out her meds are nothing but saline. She says that’s impossible, when she doesn’t take her meds, she has symptoms. Lucas says it was all psychosomatic, and Britt can’t believe any of this. For years, she’s been dreading dying, and screams at Lucas to get out and leave her alone.

Later, Obrecht shows up and says Lucas called her and says she needed her. What happened? Britt says, “Good news, I did everything Cullum asked for years, because he was keeping me alive. But it turns out the joke is on me; I was never sick.” She cries she’s done terrible things; she ruined their relationship, and spent years working for horrible men so they could shoot her up with saline. She can’t believe she didn’t look at the meds under a microscope, but she was so focused on keeping breathing. Jason was sent to a gulag because he was trying to save her, and she’s ruined her life for nothing. Obrecht is in tears as Britt is going to live.
What Happened to Jack’s Evidence?
Nina arrives at Turning Woods and finds Jack trying to get out of bed, and says it’s too soon for him to leave. He says Cullum is dead and he must get back to work, but she says he needs to rest. He asks if she really cares about him, but she just says he needs to get better so he can help Willow, as he has evidence against Drew. He says, “I thought I did.”

That’s when Vaughn appears and says the WSB will need to be briefed about Cullum and the circumstances of Jack’s stroke. Vaughn is also glad Nina is here, as he regrets to inform her that the man she knew as Nathan West has passed away.
Joss Gets a Surprise Visit
Later, Vaughn stops by the hospital to see Joss. Z sent him to clean things up, as he knows all the players. Sadly, he’s not back in Port Charles permanently, and he’s headed back to Borneo. He wanted to see her before he left. Joss is glad he did, and now she understands why Brennen sent him away. Vaughn agrees; he did them a favor, and Joss knows their closeness would have interfered with the job.

Ava Keeps a Secret
Back in Ethan’s room, Sonny tells Ethan he’s grateful for his keeping Ava safe. Ethan thanks Sonny for coming to save the day, and Ava notes she’s sure Turner is glad Sonny showed up as well. Sonny says he would have shown up, Turner or no Turner, as he wouldn’t want Avery upset if anything happened to Ava.
Sonny leaves them, and Ava offers Ethan a $50,000 bonus for saving her life. Ethan says they are even as she’s keeping his secret, and he clearly doesn’t recall confessing the truth to her about Phoebe while delirious. Ava would still like to do something for him, so he asks for ice chips.

Setting Up the Finale
Ava leaves and runs into a sad Lucas sitting in the hall. She asks what’s wrong, and he reveals that Marco died for nothing.
Carly runs into Sonny outside the hospital and tells him Joss is in the ICU and is safe for now from the WSB.
Dante arrives at Lulu’s and talks to Rocco, noting they have a lot to discuss. He lets his son go first.

Z heads into a secret facility and is taken to a door where a guard is standing. Inside, we see Cassius alive and hooked up to monitors in a bed. Z says they’ve never met, and he can call him Z.
In the Show’s Final Moments
Lucas tells Ava that it turns out Britt was never sick; it was Cullum’s manipulations to keep her in check. Marco gave his life for saline, and he is the one who pressured him to do it.

Obrecht tells her daughter that she has a long, beautiful life ahead of her. Her brother is a hero, and together they’ll free her. That’s when Nina shows up with the devastating news that Cassius is dead.

Rocco tells his dad he knows he did what he did because he loves him, and that he should have thanked him, rather than lashing out and saying what he said in anger. They embrace.
Danny shows up at Turning Woods to see Jack and talk to him about who shot Cullum. Jack says they know it was his father. Danny says he didn’t do it, but he knows who did.
Outside the hospital, Sonny is stunned to learn Joss is a WSB agent. Carly tells him it’s because of them and a lifetime of bad decisions that Joss is in this mess.
Lulu and Charlotte pull up in a car, and Lulu can’t believe her daughter eavesdropped on her and her grandmother. Charlotte isn’t sorry; as if she hadn’t listened in, who knows if her mom would ever have told her the truth. Lulu says once they see Ethan, she will tell her everything about her father’s stay in Port Charles.
That’s when a car pulls up, and Valentin steps out. Carly runs into his arms, and they kiss. Sonny is confused, as is Lulu, who stops Charlotte from running to her father.

Joss tells Vaughn she just apologized to her uncle for manipulating him, but she also told him she’d do it again. Being an agent isn’t about what is right or wrong but about doing what’s necessary. Vaughn welcomes Agent Jacks to the club; she’s no longer a rookie.

Finally, Cassius asks Z if his mother and Britt are OK. Z says that’s privileged information, and that he’s a prisoner held on several charges. He tells him Cullum died a hero trying to stop him, and Joss has testified to this. Cassius is stunned that Joss would say this. Z says he’ll likely face the death penalty. Then he adds, “Or, you can come work for me!”
On the next episode of General Hospital, Carly cries to Joss that she has already lost one child; she can’t lose another. Valentin asks Charlotte to go somewhere so they can catch up, but Lulu says, “I don’t think so!” Tracy faces off with Willow, as Brook Lynn asks Chase, “Who would frame Willow?” Chase thinks they both know the answer to that.
