Daphne Receives Devastating News — and Dylan Puts the Moves on Will

At Forrester, Steffy encourages Daphne about her inability to get pregnant. Carter swans in, looking to take Daphne to a doctor’s appointment. Daphne urges him to go to his meeting; she’ll be fine on her own. After he takes off, Steffy offers to go with her friend.

In the design office, RJ checks in on Electra and gets right to trashing Will for lying to her. Electra’s not sure where things stand, but she moved out. RJ’s relieved. Electra, who once socked Luna, shudders that she can’t be around Will’s violence. RJ asks if they’re done.

RJ, stating the obvious, can tell Electra still cares about Will. Electra admits his father was really upset and told her the Forresters and Spencers don’t mix. RJ co-signs, driving home that Will has never put her first.

Seize the Day

At Bikini Bar, Dylan chats with the hostess, who asks why Electra looked upset earlier… her life is perfect and Will Spencer’s her boyfriend. Dylan replies, “Not anymore.” The hostess pulls up a chair to get the gossip. The girl urges Dylan to seize the opportunity to get the guy she’s crazy about.

The hostess warns if Dylan doesn’t go for Will, she will. Dylan has to be careful due to her friendship with Electra and her job at Forrester. The hostess urges her to follow her heart. Dylan admits, “I can’t let him go.” Just then, Will appears.

The hostess runs off and Will presents himself to Dylan, clearly miserable. She says she spoke to Electra and is sorry he’s going through this again. Will won’t apologize for hitting RJ. Dylan just wants to know what’s going on with him; she cares. Will tells her he’s going to go and walks off.

Bad News

Li finds Finn pacing his office and asks what’s bothering him. He says, “You first.” She sighs that she has to deliver difficult news to a patient today. Finn has to give his wife bad news.

Li learns that Sheila visited Finn earlier and wants to be part of his life. Li begs her son not to do anything to damage his marriage. He argues that he can’t help but feel for Sheila, who took the high road with the divorce papers.

 A knock comes at the door. It’s Steffy and Daphne stopping in to see Finn on their way to D’s appointment. Finn hobnobs for a few seconds and then has to go.

Li informs Daphne that she’s seeing her, as her doctor had to go home. Daphne assures her they can speak freely in front of Steffy. Li sighs, “Daphne, I’m very sorry. I have to give you some bad news.”

The Final Scenes

Li tries getting Daphne to sit, but she refuses. She just wants to know. Li tells her she’s suffering from premature menopause. Steffy stammers, “That can’t be right.” Daphne’s sure her symptoms are just stress. Li explains that this condition happens when ovaries stop working prematurely… and it causes infertility. Daphne protests, “Tell me I can conceive. Tell me I can have a child!” Li shakes her head.

In the design office, RJ’s still complaining about the way Will treated Electra. He runs down all of his transgressions, starting with not throwing Dylan out. His dad was right… Forresters and Spencers do not mix!

At the beach house, Will’s surprised when Dylan shows up. He thought she was working. She felt bad for him. She wants to hear his side of the story. Will shrugs as she sympathizes with the impossible position he was put in. Maybe Electra over-reacted.

 Moving closer, Dylan wraps her arms around him as she explains that she’s different from Electra. She’d never leave him for protecting his family. He’s basically her hero. Unbuttoning his shirt, she purrs about wanting more of the moments they shared. Will looks ready to give in… See what will happen next here.
