DOOL Bombshell: Sophia Returns to Kidnap Kristen—And EJ Could Pay the Ultimate Price

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers note that Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) may return to kidnap Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk); however, if the woman goes missing, will everyone blame EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel)?

In all fairness, during the Monday, July 13 episode, EJ did give his trusted assistant, Rita Lesley (Maggie Carney), strict instructions to get the jet fueled and the DiMera private island set up so that Kristen could live out her ‘days’ there.

After a talk with Sydney DiMera (Evelyn Stephenson), he found out that Kristen slyly was planning a girls’ weekend in Paris with his daughter, and he knew his sister was up to no good.

In addition, Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) had collapsed during EJ’s meltdown surrounding Kristen’s plan with Sydney.

When he tasked Rita to ensure Kristen ‘disappears’, Lexie was coming to from her fainting episode and seemingly heard the entire thing.

On top of all that, the July 13 show also had a frantic Kristen approaching Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) about her concerns over EJ.

While Kristen didn’t reveal her plot that involved unaliving Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), which triggered EJ’s dark side and thirst for revenge against his sister, she did note how terrified she was for herself.

In fact, Kristen asked Marlena to watch over Rachel Black (Lorelei Mote) if anything happened to her. Marlena asked Kristen if EJ had threatened her, and Kristen replied that he had.

All arrows are pointing toward Kristen’s disappearance, but as Lexie and Marlena are on high alert where EJ is concerned, will he be the one behind it?

It’s been a hot minute since fans have seen Sophia, who presumably met her demise in May of this year after Kristen hit her over the head with a rock and threw her into the river.

Kristen set Sophia up to off Johnny and promised her a ton of money to start a new life.

Kristen even had the young girl write a suicide note to make it seem like she ended her own life, but turned the tables on her very quickly.

This is the land of soaps, where anything is possible, so as authorities have never located a body, there’s always a chance that Sophia is still alive.

Is Sophia waiting in the wings for an opportunity to strike? Will she end up kidnapping Kristen, all in the name of revenge?

Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate that if Kristen goes missing, all eyes will be on EJ, even though Sophia beat him to the punch!
