Days of Our Lives Preview: Sarah Inches Closer to the Truth About Holly’s Illness — and Kristen Reveals a Dark Secret to Theo

Kristen is spilling the tea all over Salem this week, which naturally has us worried about the danger she’s putting herself in! Is Kristen setting herself up for… murder? And speaking of danger, the latest Days of Our Lives promo hints that the truth about what is making Holly sick is close to being revealed, but will they figure out that all roads lead back to EJ and DiMera?

Is Lexie’s Time Almost Up… Again?

Kristen seems almost gleeful to inform Theo that his mother’s brain tumor is because of Stefano, whom he affectionately called Nonno as a kid. Years ago, while being held captive in the DiMera tunnels, Lexie was exposed to toxic gases that caused her tumor.

Meanwhile, after Rolf’s bad news that there was nothing more he could do for her, Lexie lashes out at EJ for bringing her back to life only long enough for her to fall in love with being alive again.

A Friendship Over?

After spotting Kristen and Xander canoodling at The Salem Inn, he told his now-again bestie what he saw. Next week, Gwen and her likely former friend have it out, with Kristen telling her that she really cared about Xander, that maybe she should have worked harder to satisfy him.

Danger Ahead?

As Holly continues to deteriorate, thanks to Tate and Brady’s snooping into the water at Smith Island, it appears they are on the verge of figuring out she has Arsenic poisoning. Sarah begins to research the symptoms…

And finally, Joy calls up Stefanie, who ignores the call and then deletes the voicemail. Why do we feel that was a mistake, and perhaps something has happened to Alex? Or perhaps Joy was reaching out with an olive branch?
