DOOL Week of July 20: Johnny Declares War on EJ as Kristen’s Emotional Goodbye Changes Everything

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) preview for the week of July 20-24 promises that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will lash out at EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) says goodbye to Salem.

Plus, Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) will back out of Titan’s bailout offer.

The DOOL weekly preview video has dropped, and CDL has all the details of what fans should expect over the next five days.

The Days of Our Lives promo for the week of July 20 begins with a scene where Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) enters a Salem Inn room.

There’s a maid there, as he states, “Would you look at that, her bed is still turned down.” He goes on to say that likely means ‘she’ didn’t come home last night.

Leo is likely talking about Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), who was shockingly kidnapped during the Friday, July 17 show. Will Leo figure out that Gwen has gone missing?

Over at the hospital, Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) will be excited to be going home; however, that will soon come to an end.

She happily asks Sarah Horton (Lindsey Godfrey) and Tate Black (Leo Howard) if she can leave, but both of them have stern looks on their faces.

Sarah then notes, “No, honey, you can’t.” Holly asks why she can’t go home, and Sarah pulls out the pills that Tate found in her bag on Friday, saying it’s because of these.

As the DOOL weekly preview continues, Gabi is with Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier).

She angrily informs them that she’s rescinding her offer to bail out Titan. Both men look devastated.

At Bayview, Kristen holds Rachel Black (Lorelei Oliva Mote) in a tight embrace.

She tells her daughter that she’s her heart, as Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) watches on with dismay.

Kristen is very emotional as she goes on to tell Rachel, “You’re my greatest treasure. I want your life to be bright and beautiful.”

It looks like Kristen will disappear before EJ has her disappear! Speaking of EJ, as the video comes to an end, he’s in the DiMera mansion living room with Johnny.

He asks his son what he’s accusing him of. Johnny replies with, “I think you can guess.

You planted those drugs in her bag, didn’t you?” Holly is then shown leaving the hospital alone, crying.

Days of Our Lives spoilers hint that if pushed, Johnny may end up outing EJ. After all, covering up DiMera Pharmaceuticals is one thing, but what he’s doing to Holly is outrageous.
