Liam Finds Hope Unconscious — and Will Gives Buttinski RJ a Beat Down

At Logan, Hope is unconscious on the runway.

Liam opens the door and calls out for Hope. Startled at the sight of her on the floor, he rushes over and crouches beside her, repeatedly saying her name.

Hope comes to and Liam rolls her over and sits her up. She asks, “Where am I?” He tells her she’s in the showroom. He found her like this. Hope sobs, “I broke my mom’s heart. She left. She is never going to forgive me. I lost my mom!”

After some water, Hope explains that Brooke was more than angry… she was in agony. The world felt like it was collapsing on her. She couldn’t get enough air and the next things she knew he was looking down at her. Liam insists she go to the hospital to get checked out. Hope says she’s fine. Liam tells her that Brooke’s reaction wasn’t fair. Hope shrugs that she made a choice and has to live with it.

On Hold

At Forrester, Steffy, Ridge and RJ rant about Hope’s betrayal. Ridge can’t understand Katie being so cruel to her sister. RJ harps on Will proving to Electra that he’s a lying bastard. Steffy fumes that all anyone wants from them is a statement on the Logan show. Ridge grunts that they’re a bunch of hacks. Steffy declares they have to put everyone on hold… they’re in full crisis mode because of Hope.

RJ complains about the Hope For the Future diamond. Once again, Will has betrayed Electra’s trust. We’re not sure on what planet he thinks it’s a good idea, or even his place, but he decides to go over and check on Electra at the beach house. Steffy reiterates to Ridge that Hope has caused all of this damage. Shefeels bad for Electra… she doesn’t understand Will not giving her a heads-up.

Giddy Up

At the beach house, Electra tells Will she can’t do this and has to go. He doesn’t want her to leave… they love each other! He implores her not to let this come between them and reminds her he was sworn to secrecy. Electra accuses him of doing whatever he wants and not considering her.

Will argues this was about his mother’s company… he couldn’t risk the secret getting out. “I love you so much!” They kiss. Electra loves him too… that’s why this hurts so much. “You weren’t honest with me, Will.”

Electra saddles up her high horse again and starts ranting about him not telling her the truth and allowing her to find out about Logan’s jewelry on a livestream in front of the Forresters, who must think she’s an idiot. Will can’t understand why Ridge has cancelled her line. It makes no sense. Their jewelry line shouldn’t affect her launch. Electra fumes that Logan is all anyone can talk about… it’s a scandal that he helped create. “How could you?” she snivels.

Electra wails about Will bringing distrust and dishonesty into their home after promising to cherish her. She’ll always love him, but she has to leave. Will holds her hands and doesn’t want her to go. RJ busts in and orders his nemesis to get his hands off of her. “You heard her. Let her go!”

The Final Scenes

In the Logan showroom, Liam tells his wife not to be this unfair to herself. She didn’t set out to hurt her mother. She made a choice that was best for her and didn’t tell her mother because she knew she wouldn’t support it, or she would undermine her. That’s Brooke betraying Hope, not the other way around.

The way he sees it, Brooke punished her. Her mother needs to get on the train and share her triumph. Hope cries, “Thank you, Liam.” He hopes Brooke comes around, but if she doesn’t, “Do not let this lessen who you are.” He adds a nod to RiRi, “You shine bright like a diamond.”

At Forrester, Steffy wonders if they should have stopped RJ from going to Will’s. Ridge smirks that there’s no stopping him when it comes to Electra.

At the beach house, RJ argues with Will, declaring that he’s taking Electra with him. He lays into Will for blindsiding her and keeping the truth from her. Will says Electra is his angel. RJ snarls that he was right about him. He tries taking Electra with him, and Will orders him out.

RJ taunts Will that he doesn’t love Electra, he only loves himself. He’s selfish and arrogant like his father. Will slugs RJ to the ground (he hits his head on the counter as he goes), and then pounds him a couple more times for good measure until Electra intervenes. She hollers at Will that his family attacked the Forresters today and now he’s done this. The secrets and the violence are too much!

Electra announces she is going to help RJ get home. “I love you, but I can’t do this anymore.” As she drags RJ out, he exclaims, “What? Are you going to leave me for him?!” Electra rips off her necklace and throws it at him. Will cries, overturns a piece of furniture and screams into the darkness.
