Although Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and the others are hoping to turn things around, they could face another round of disastrous drama instead.
Since Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) put a rush on Hope Logan Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) debut fashion show, she managed to steal the Forresters’ thunder.
All anyone’s been able to talk about is Hope abandoning Forrester Creations to work for Logan, so nobody cares about Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) upcoming couture collection right now.
That’s why the Forresters were forced to delay that fashion show until all the hoopla dies down.
Ridge, Eric, Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) have all been angry about that postponement.
However, it looks like the Forrester clan will decide it’s time to give Eric’s latest couture collection the green light again.
B&B spoilers say the week of July 13-17 will bring some hope for Ridge and Eric as they prepare for the fashion show once more.
It’ll leave Eric and Ridge counting on some new buzz that’ll blow Logan out of the water and put all the attention back on Forrester Creations.
A date may be locked in for Eric’s fashion show to finally play out, but will it really go as planned?
Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) just helped Hope deliver some fresh, bold designs that got everyone talking.
It’s clear that Deke’s work is forward-thinking, so he’s a trendsetter who thinks outside the box.
Eric, on the other hand, is someone who takes a classic approach to designing and concentrates on what’s always worked in the past.
No matter how good Eric’s designs might be, they’re going to be boring compared to Deke’s and probably won’t get much attention in the end.
The Forresters have invested a lot of time and money into Eric’s new collection, so they may blame Logan all over again if the critics aren’t impressed and sales are down.
