Hope Stands Her Ground With Steffy — and Wyatt Crashes Will and Dylan’s Party

At Logan, Hope’s thinking about the next collection when Steffy barges in, followed by the beleaguered Alison. Once the secretary’s gone, Steffy asks Hope to admit that what she’s doing there isn’t right. She pulled the grenade pin and started the war.

Hope urges Steffy to “have at it,” but the brunette insists she didn’t come to attack her. She just wishes Hope had come to them and told them she had another offer, above board. “You deceived all of us, Hope.”

Hope informs Steffy that she doesn’t answer to her anymore… it’s one of the reasons she left. Steffy accuses her of leaving them all high and dry. Hope tries getting rid of her, but it’s no go. Steffy thinks she was planning this all along to stick it to her and her father. Was it really so bad at Forrester that she had to defect to the enemy?

Steffy reminds Hope that she gave her word that her line would be back. Hope scoffs that her word means nothing. At Logan, they’re championing her and allowing her to do what she wants with her line. Steffy’s never been on her side. Steffy pulls out the “it’s not personal.” Hope’s not buying it. She invites Steffy to call her what she likes, but she’s there now with her family and away from her control.

Where’s Dylan?

At Forrester, RJ sniffs out Electra in the design office. They recap the horror of Will accidentally punching Eric. Electra asks if he’s seen Dylan yet today.

Dylan, as it turns out, is just waking up, snuggled on Will’s chest at the beach house. She tells him last night was incredible… he was incredible.

Back at Forrester, RJ tells Electra that Dylan’s car isn’t outside. Electra’s worried she’s juggling too much (if she only knew!). She’s sure her would-be friend has a good excuse for not being there. When the pouting about Will starts, RJ, ingeniously, suggests she see it as an opportunity to reach her full potential. “You deserve it.”

At the beach house, they’re off the sofa, and Dylan urges Will to get out of his head over Electra and warns him their night together has to stay a secret so she can keep her job. He reassures her, saying she’s a good friend. Dylan would like to be more. Suddenly, they hear Wyatt outside, so Dylan hides. Wyatt tells Will he’s there to offer brotherly advice.

You won’t believe what Wyatt tells Will: “Forresters and Spencers don’t mix.” Drink! He’s trying to convince his brother that there are plenty of fish in the sea when Dylan makes her entrance. Will grins knowingly, “Wow. You’ve been busy.”

Dylan introduces herself as Nancy and Wyatt says he’s Will’s more handsome older brother. He approves of the situation and asks ‘Nancy’ to be there for the wounded Will. Once Wyatt’s out the door, Dylan tells Will his brother’s right. “You’ve got to move on.”

The Final Scenes

At Logan, Hope congratulates Steffy on the couture launch. Steffy sniffs that it was minimized by their stunt. Hope’s sorry it had to happen this way, but she’s happy. She’ll never believe Steffy sidelining her wasn’t personal. Steffy jabs about her turning her back on them… including her mother. As Hope asks her to leave, Steffy warns she’ll come to regret this. Hope thanks Steffy for reminding her that joining Logas was the right decision.

At the beach house, Will appreciates Dylan being there for him. He has to accept that Electra’s moved on and move on himself. They chuckle about his brother being a hoot. Dylan assures him he doesn’t have to be perfect for her. Will pets her hair and gives her a smile and a thank you. She says staying up all night talking and falling asleep in his arms was all she could ask for… for now.

At Forrester, Electra throws herself into her work but can’t help but flash to when she first met Will and recalling the best moments of their relationship. At the beach house, Will is doing the same.
